Beijing Transafe Technology and Trade Corporation Limited is a new high-tech corporation authorized by the Flight Standard Department of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) focusing on civil aircraft operations. Demonstrating Flight Analysis, Flight Procedure, Flight Performance and consulting on software development as well as network construction are major businesses of corporation. The corporation was founded in January 5, 2001. It is located in A1905,Boya International Centre, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The corporation consists of seven departments: the Flight Procedure design, the Flight Performance analysis, the New Technology Development, the Airspace Flow, the Software Development, the Quality Inspection and the Executive office. Main businesses are Airspace plan and design, Flight procedure design, Flight performance analysis, Buildings’ effect assessment and relevant software development. Since the establishment of the corporation, we have provided comprehensive, detailed and in-depth navigation service researches to the newly constructed, relocated and reconstructed airports over China. Assisting customers in accomplishing procedure design, flight performance analysis and obstacles assessment etc. perfectly. The Airspace Flow Department focuses on providing solution which could optimize air traffic flow of civil airports and airspace in their vicinity to solve the problem of flight delay and air traffic jam caused by the increasing demand on the civil aviation transportation. According to relevant national principles, rules of law as well as regulations and instructions of CAAC, by means of air traffic passage capacity assessment, we have built up a comprehensive optimized model, adjusted flights flow and airports capacity of takeoff and landing in terms of traffic requirements and containment; we aim at making optimal airspace planning in order to construct a flexible airspace structures and better distribute airspace resources, etc.
