The Flight Performance Department’s work focuses on the analysis of flight performance as well as the study and designing of emergency procedure for one engine failure. It is responsible for offering an optimal scheme which can ensure the safety of flight, improve the performance of takeoff, and the economic performance of airports and aircrafts. Major jobs of this department are: according to the planning en routes of airports and the use of airplanes to analysis and clear obstacles, calculate the takeoff performance of airplanes, make flight plan, analyze the flight payload, decide the field length; based on airports’ clearance condition, to propose and make the scheme of emergency procedure for one engine failure. Flight performance analysis is divided according to construction phases of airports into: phase of site selection, pre-feasibility study, master plan, feasibility study, first design and final design
